With 29 years of R&D experience in diverse fields at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) Australia, Dr. Raju Adhikari has made significant contributions to the scientific community. He has authored over 100 research publications in peer-reviewed journals and holds 26 patents, with more than 10,800 citations and an h-index of 43. Currently, he works as a consultant with CSIRO Agriculture and Food and holds adjunct positions at RMIT University and La Trobe University. He is the recipient of several prestigious R&D awards, including the CSIRO Medal and the Science and Technology Award from the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology. Additionally, he serves on the editorial boards of the journals Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology and the Journal of Agricultural Technology. As the founder and chair of the Nepal Science Foundation and the Skill, Knowledge, and Innovation Committee of NRNA, he has shown a strong commitment to advancing science and technology. He also serves on the Regional Advisory Council of the Victoria Multicultural Commission, the New and Emerging Communities Policy Advisory Committee of the Ethnic Community Council Victoria (EECV), and as a board member of Eastern Volunteers. Furthermore, he is the research director of Global Smart Health and the deputy chair of the Emotional Well-being Institute in Geneva.
